Job responsibilities

  • Provide support on Executive Services / logistic arrangements for Corporate and Executive visits and works with minimum supervision.
  • Perform specific tasks and coordination related to Corporate and Executive visits and internal events, including logistic arrangements, hotel accommodations and transportations, on-site support during the visitation, etc and organizing of events (eg. annual staff gathering).
  • Arrange for itinerary of executives and family members.
  • Inspect the hotels, transportation services, and high-level restaurants in advance of the Corporate and Executive visits, coordinate and finalize relative arrangements.
  • Maintain the database for the hotels / restaurant / limos / historic attractions. Follow up with the agreements with the hotels / restaurant / limo services Company etc.
  • Maintain organized filing system for the executive's correspondence, files and other records.
  • Support senior employees provide onsite support within wide scope works (including Airport Meet and Greet) for special assignment as required.
  • Provide support for Corporate and Executive's family as required during the visit. Organize activities and follow up with the invitations during the visitations. Secured the confidential and personal information of high level visits.
  • Maintain appointment calendar, resolve schedule conflicts, and schedule meetings as directed.
  • Represent the company as required at annual staff gathering, holiday celebration and welcome & farewell event.

 

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Hospitality / Hotel and Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of hotel services and customers services experiences.
  • Experience in concierge and butler experience in Hospitality and services field.
  • Detail-minded, highly organized with ability to handle administration works and arranging the logistics.
  • Proficient in both spoken & written business and diplomatic protocol English.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
